Tampa steps together
Hip hop, R&B, a room full of step boards, and Coach Erika calling the next move. Learn the routine, find your pace, and move with people who want to see you finish.
This is your house
Erika teaches from the front, but the class moves as one. The music gets everybody started. The encouragement keeps everybody going.
Take it at your pace. Miss a beat? Catch the next one. First class or fiftieth, there is room on the floor for you.
Erika calls the moves and gives you space to learn. Keep it low impact, build up gradually, and make the routine yours.
Step work builds stamina, coordination, and lower body strength while the playlist keeps the room moving.
Men and women, beginners and experienced steppers share the floor, celebrate the wins, and come back for one another.

Your instructor
The coach who knows the workout matters, but the way people feel in the room matters too.
Erika has built House of Step around music, movement, and showing up for one another. She celebrates first timers by name, calls the community her Steppas, and makes finishing the class feel like something everybody accomplished together.
Her classes travel. You can catch House of Step at the weekly Hillsborough Avenue workout, at Water Street wellness events, and at community pop ups throughout Tampa Bay. Every setting carries the same invitation: take your place, learn the moves, and keep stepping.

BRUNCH & BURN AT KRATE
Movement meets community
House of Step and Flipn’ Fries bring the workout onto the KRATE turf.
Jamila and Huntley Nicholson built Flipn’ Fries as a family restaurant with community at its heart. Together with Coach Erika, Brunch & Burn gives Tampa Bay a morning to move, laugh, eat, and spend time with good people.
It is the kind of partnership that fits House of Step: local people opening the door for more local people to gather.
